While serving as a Judge in District Courts, Delhi, I dealt with large number of cases. At times, certain unusual challenging cases came to my board. The said cases have been covered in small book in the form of short stories. Initially I will cover 5-6 cases regarding the arrest of notorious absconders who committed or were charged with committing very serious and grave offences. Instead of facing the trial before the courts of law, they chose to flee away. They were not traceable by following the usual mode but by adopting the strategic approach and consistent attempts, they were ultimately arrested. I would also be covering other interesting civil and criminal cases in my subsequent editions which may be useful from the point of view of law and practice.
